Things To Do

Miami has so much to offer! Whether you are looking to lay out by the pool, hit up a club, or explore by boat, you will not be disappointed! Our wedding weekend lands on Memorial Day weekend which tends to be VERY busy for Miami Beach area! We suggest you explore different options for beach going (e.g., Key Biscayne) or renting a boat instead! It is very likely that the bridge between Miami Beach and Downtown closes down and we would hate for anyone to be stranded! We've compiled a few of our favorites places below!

Havana Harry's

4612 South Le Jeune Road, Coral Gables, FL 33146
, (305) 661-2622

If you want authentic cuban cuisine, this is the place to go! We cannot make a trip down to Miami without getting Brian his "pollo a la milanesa". Also, be sure to try the "vaca frita tostones"!

Sir Pizza

712 Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne, FL 33149
, (305) 361-5701

While there are a few different locations, Sir Pizza in Key Biscayne is the original (at least in our book) and an absolute Miami staple. Trust me on this one: get the pepperoni pizza with a side of ranch

Greenstreet Cafe

3468 Main Highway, Miami, FL 33133
, (305) 444-0244

We make sure to head to Greenstreet on every trip to Miami. You can do brunch (cinnamon roll pancakes), a relaxing dinner outside, or even just enjoy the drinks. While you wait for your table, enjoy walking around the streets of Coconut Grove for some shopping or bar-hopping!

Garcia's

398 Northwest North River Drive, Miami, FL 33128
, (305) 375-0765

For those of you travelling to Miami, especially from the Midwest, enjoying classic fresh seafood on the Miami River should be your #1 priority! Don't leave without a key lime pie!

For all the days along the way
