On June 24th, 2018, our lives intertwined during the celebration of a mutual family friend's birthday, guided by the introduction from Daniel's elder brother, George – a friend entwined with the memory of Aaliyah's late brother, Aaron. Since that moment, we have been so inseparable, many friends would affectionately referred to us as “Velcro.” Our worlds collided in everway. Dancing to the unique beat of our own drum, we evolved into the balance and driving force in each other’s lives we never knew we needed. The past six years unfolded with purposeful intent. Together, we have shared joy and sorrow, of life and loss, we’ve traveled across the world together, and welcomed our little fur-baby, Kobe! On this journey, we have forged a profound partnership, deepened our companionship, and above all - we anchored ourselves in God's center, discovering the essence of love through His divine guidance. We became each other’s instructors in patience, devotees in love, embodiments of softness, purveyors of kindness, and nurturers of each other's spirits. We have also unraveled the beautiful complexities that make each of us uniquely crazy in our own ways! Then, on the evening of November 8, 2022, beneath the stars during a candlelit dinner on a Cancun beach, our sentiments were echoed as SHE SAID YES! As we embark on this next chapter of our journey, gratitude permeates our hearts for every uttered prayer, every shard of wisdom, and every seed of courage sown into the soul of our union. We extend our deepest thanks and greatest praise to God for intricately selecting us for one another, entrusting us with His will on earth, as one.
