Calgary Stampede
The Calgary Stampede occurs from July 7-16 so if you are staying the week this is a must see! With a grandstand show (buy tickets in advance) and the amazing chuck wagon races this is a once in a lifetime experience. There is a midway full of rides, mini donuts and games!
Lake Louise
Known for the crystal blue water, excellent hiking and iconic photos, Lake Louise is an approximate 30 minute drive from Banff and has many hiking trials, a tea hut in the mountains and stunning fews. Make sure to check the above website as you may need to book your trip prior to arriving.
Banff Upper Hot Springs
