What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive 20-30 minutes before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking everyone to wear Resort Casual. Resort Casual would simply mean casual clothing appropriate for a Resort or a casually dressed up evening. Consider dressing in something that would fall in line with a semi formal evening. Please note- Resort casual does not include wearing t-shirts, flip flops, torn denims, tank tops, pj's.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be in an outdoor pavilion nestled in the woods. To keep guests cool in the June heat, we will have fans and cold waters available. During cocktail hour we will be serving drinks inside the reception cabin and also having outdoor games scattered around the yard. The reception is going to be held indoors, with some outdoor tent covered seats and tables available.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will be providing a direction card with your invitations, you can also Google Map Merry Ledges in the Woods. There will be directional signs and balloons posted along the way. We will offer a handicap drop off area and a shuttle to and from the parking/reception areas.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, Merry Ledges in the Woods has a parking lot on the premises.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will have an open bar. It will also be heavily photographed. Any drunken shenanigans will be mocked for years to come. Proceed with caution!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

You can mail back the RSVP card that is included with your invitation or you can RSVP online via our website.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that you please RSVP by May 3rd 2023.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we are registered at Walmart and Amazon. We also have a Honeymoon Fund you can add to via PayPal or Venmo.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
