Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 14, 2026. This allows us to have an accurate count for the catering company to ensure a smooth process!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that men wear semi formal attire. For ladies, we ask that you wear dresses that are any color except white which is reserved for the bride and burgundy which is reserved for the bridal party! Any questions can be directed to Julia regarding wedding attire.

Are plus one's allowed?

Answer

On each invitation there will be specifications if a guest is invited with the option of plus one. We kindly ask that if the option is not given to not bring a guest due to catering and seating arrangements. We are choosing to have this be intimate and personal with a limited number of guests!

Where is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

There is a parking garage across the street from the church which can be used during the ceremony. We ask that you please move your car afterwards back to the location which you will be staying at for easy transportation from the shuttle service.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided from the hotel in Lancaster City to the venue and will return to the hotel at the end of the night. Transportation to and from the ceremony will not be provided by the shuttle service. Ride shares are highly discouraged to the venue, please use the shuttles to and from the event.

Is there handicap access at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The staff at the venue is very accommodating and willing to help those who have a difficult time walking and getting up and down stairs. There are quite a few steps to get into the reception area and golf carts are accessible for those needing assistance to and from the reception or cocktail hour.

Are kids allowed at the event?

Answer

Although we would like to accommodate everyone, we ask politely that kids are not allowed at the event. We are choosing to have this be an intimate and private moment which we chose to be kid-free!

Are cell phones allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask you kindly to please refrain from bringing any type of cellular device to the ceremony itself. We would like this time to unplug and be free of any technology to focus on the newly wed couple. Photos will be professionally taken so you can focus on the ceremony!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! On each invitation there will be dinner options to choose from, if you have any allergies or intolerances please list them so our caterer can accommodate you!
