If you have any questions regarding our day, please reach out to the bride or groom
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 6th, 2025 to give us time to update our guest count with our vendors.

Question

When should we arrive at the venue?

Answer

If attending the ceremony and reception, please arrive to the venue 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to give ample time to find a seat and get comfortable. If attending the reception only, please arrive at least 30 minutes before it begins, as we plan to do our first dance and cake cutting immediately following our entrance as husband and wife.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our special day! Dress code is not required but requested, semi-formal/cocktail attire with a colorful, garden party twist. This includes (but not limited to) dresses, dress pants or skirt with a button-down shirt or blouse, and suits & ties. *No jeans please*

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be inside/outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside; however, it is covered and will be facing away from the sun. Our reception will be inside but we do have the option to open the slider doors, pending the temperature the night of the wedding. We also have access to a courtyard and small putting green that is not covered during the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

All children are invited and should be included on your RSVP. If we missed anyone and you would like to bring your child(ren), please contact the bride or groom so that we can update your RSVP guest list.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating and space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a guest, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a concrete parking lot at the venue and guests may leave their cars overnight until the next morning. Please make sure to have vehicles removed by 9am the next day so that guests of another wedding may use the lot.

Question

Is photography allowed at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that your phones are put away during our ceremony so that our photographer can get the best view of the bride and groom, wedding party, and family. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures/videos as you would like and please send them to us so we can have the memories from our special day!

Question

Do you have hotel accommodations and transportation?

Answer

Yes, the hotel details (AVID hotel) are included on our website under travel and we have a block of rooms reserved for our wedding at a discounted rate under the code DRW. There is also a shuttle service provided for all guests staying at the hotel starting at 5am the day of the wedding and the last transport is at 10:45pm that night.
