FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we have listed here, please feel free to reach out to Hannah or Dylan.
Question

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes. All guests traveling to Mexico will need a valid passport to enter the country and to return to the United States. Please ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip. While Mexico does not require a specific amount of remaining validity beyond your stay, we recommend checking your passport expiration date in advance to avoid any travel issues. If you are traveling from the United States, a passport book (not a passport card) is required for international air travel. We also recommend double checking airline requirements prior to travel, as policies can occasionally vary.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP section of the website is currently open, and we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you know whether you will be able to attend. Submitting your response early, whether yes or no, helps us keep track of guest attendance as we get closer to the wedding weekend and allows us to plan accordingly.

Question

Do I need to do anything before the Wedding Weekend?

Answer

Yes, please take a moment to share your most up to date contact information using the link provided (https://www.zola.com/addr/ZNyDLLgnJ). This will ensure you receive all wedding updates and invitations, especially if any of your details change in the months leading up to the wedding. We also recommend checking back on the schedule page closer to the wedding weekend, as event times may shift slightly.

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Please fly into Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (Airport Code: PVR) in Puerto Vallarta, which is the closest airport to the Conrad Punta de Mita. The resort is approximately a 45 minute drive from the airport, depending on traffic.

Question

How do I find transportation from the PVR Airport?

Answer

We are providing all airport transportation to and from the Conrad Punta de Mita for the weekend. After collecting your luggage, you will walk through an area with sales representatives and taxi drivers. Please do not engage with them, as your transportation has already been arranged. Once you exit through the sliding doors and are outside, please look for a representative holding a sign that reads “Hannah & Dylan’s Wedding.” They will know you are staying at the Conrad Punta de Mita and will guide you directly to your transportation. Our team will be monitoring flight arrivals to ensure a smooth pickup experience. Please check back closer to the wedding weekend, as we will be requesting flight information from each guest to coordinate arrivals and ensure timely transportation.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

All wedding events will be held at the Conrad Punta de Mita, and we highly recommend staying on property for the weekend to fully enjoy each event. Please use the provided booking link (https://book.passkey.com/event/51192435/owner/50259214/home) to reserve your room within our room block for January 15 through January 18. Once your reservation is confirmed, please contact the Reservations team at (844) 298-4300, extension 1, and they will assist you in adjusting your reservation so you receive the discounted rate. Remember to mention Hannah & Dylan's Wedding when you call!

Question

Will transportation be provided to the wedding events?

Answer

Transportation to and from wedding events will not be provided, as all events will take place on property at the Conrad Punta de Mita. Each event location, including Mezquite, the Beach Lawn, Haramara Lawn, and the pool, is easily accessible from guest rooms, allowing you to move throughout the weekend with ease.

Question

What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Attire is Tropical Cocktail. We encourage breezy cocktail dresses, linen shirts, or lightweight suits that feel elevated, colorful, and comfortable for a beachside evening. Please note that part of the venue is on sand, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly.

Question

What is the dress code for the Wedding Day?

Answer

Attire is Formal. We encourage elegant evening wear, including long dresses, refined cocktail dresses, suits, or tuxedos. All events will take place outdoors, so we recommend dressing comfortably for a warm evening by the ocean.

Question

Will the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding events will take place outdoors at the Conrad Punta de Mita. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the Beach Lawn, followed by the reception on the Haramara Lawn, each offering beautiful oceanfront views.

Question

Will any events take place on sand?

Answer

Yes, both the Welcome Party and the Ceremony will take place on sand. The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held on grass at the Conrad Punta de Mita.

Question
