Please RSVP by Friday, August 15, 2025, by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu bar of our website. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will give you time to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you will not be able to take your seat and will have to wait until cocktail hour begins.
Our venue offers ample free parking for guests.
The ceremony will be held indoors at the chapel. If weather permits, the cocktail hour will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Designated outdoor areas will be available for our guests to enjoy.
We would love our guests to join us in dressing up for the occasion, so dress to impress! The dress code is formal, with black tie optional attire. We encourage everyone to wear earth-toned colors. We ask that everyone avoid wearing white, ivory, or any variation of white or gold. Fellas, please avoid black suit jackets. We have reserved room blocks at two hotels for our guests to choose from: the Courtyard Southington, located at 1081 West Street, Southington, CT, and Homewood Suites, located at 1096 West Street, Southington, CT. Both hotels are directly across the street from each other and are just 15 minutes away from our venue. We will host a welcome party at the Courtyard Hotel on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, and a farewell brunch on September 26, 2025.
We are hosting an "unplugged" ceremony, which means no pictures or cameras will be allowed during the event. We want you to be fully present and enjoy this special moment with us. We've hired professionals to capture the ceremony for us, and we assure you that there will be plenty of opportunities for everyone to take photos afterward. After the ceremony concludes, please take as many pictures and videos as possible.

We will serve hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner with entrées. You can choose from chicken, steak, salmon, or vegetarian options. When you RSVP, please indicate your meal preference.

YES, the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Two fully stocked bars will be available with beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
