Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to be seated and ready for the scheduled start time.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No, but there is a 24 hour parking garage a block away from the venue. There is also a shuttle available to and from the venue if you are staying at Sonesta. Please see "Accommodations" tab for more information.

Can I take pictures and videos with my phone?

Answer

We invite you to take as many photos and videos prior to the ceremony and during the reception, but we ask that you please put your devices down during the ceremony. We also ask that you don't use flash as it may interfere with the photographer.

Am I allowed a guest?

Answer

The people listed on your invitation are welcome. Please refrain from bringing a "Plus One" if you do not see their name on your invite.

Are children allowed?

Answer

This will be a 21+ event.

What is the attire?

Answer

Dress code is formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans or t-shirts.

What should I not wear?

Answer

Wear whatever you are comfortable in within the confines of the dress code, but we please ask that you refrain from the colors: white, light blue, dark blue and dark green.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, but no later than August 20th, 2025 please.

What happens if I don't RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not have a spot for you. As our vendors require a precise headcount, not RSVPing will mean we assume you are not coming. This includes verbal RSVPs; if you do not fill out the RSVP form, we will not reserve a space for you.

How long will the reception be?

Answer

4 hours. It will start approximately at 7:00 pm and end at 11:00 pm.

Is there an after party?

Answer

We do not have an after party planned. However, if you're wanting to continue the night, we recommend checking out Martini Room or Lounge 51!

How will the food be served?

Answer

We will be having a traditional, plated meal.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please let us know on the RSVP form so we can accommodate you.

Where can I smoke?

Answer

A designated smoking area will be provided and all cigarette butts must be disposed of in the approved ashtray. Under no circumstance is smoking permitted in any inside area.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar. Please indulge responsibly and enjoy the many wonderful drinks that'll be available.
