What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to enjoy the live prelude music, mingle with fellow guests and settle in before the ceremony begins. Your presence truly makes our day complete!

Where does the ceremony take place?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place in a picturesque wooded area just behind the main building, accessible by a short, paved pathway. To ensure all guests can comfortably attend, we'll have multiple golf carts available for those who may need assistance with mobility. When preparing for the day, please consider comfortable footwear and plan to arrive early enough to be seated by 4:15 PM.

How are you celebrating the Fourth of July?

Glad you asked! The Fourth of July is one of the couple's favorite holidays. To celebrate, plan to enjoy a personalized firework show at 9 p.m. on the property, a Fourth of July themed photo booth, and Fourth of July themed signature drinks.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress up to get down! We invite guests to wear dressy casual attire—think polished and comfortable. Dresses, skirts, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect, as are button-downs with slacks. Jackets and ties are optional.

Will alcohol be provided?
Answer
Alcohol will be provided during the cocktail hour and reception. There will be a standard open bar featuring liquor, beer, wine and Fourth of July themed signature drinks. No outside alcohol will be permitted.

Can I bring a date?

Only guests specifically named on your formal invitation are welcome to attend. If you've been allowed a plus one, you'll have the opportunity to add your guest's name when completing your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

We love your littles, but we think Mom and Dad need a night out. Only guests listed on the formal invitation can be accommodated.

Where should I park?
Answer
Guests can conveniently park in the spacious onsite parking lot at Hanover Reserve. If you plan to leave your vehicle overnight, please ensure it is retrieved by 10 a.m. on July 5th.

Is there a backup in the case of inclement weather?
Answer
If there happens to be inclement weather on July 4, the show must go on! The ceremony will either take place on the covered patio attached to Hanover Reserve, or inside the building itself.
