Rehearsal Cocktail Hour at Hotel Haya

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This event is not formal. Come looking good but comfy and grab a drink with us before the big day! We may go out on the town in Ybor for a fun time!

Park on the street or in the parking garages or you can pay for valet at Hotel Haya. There will not be an official meal. Guests would be responsible for their drinks, light bites will be ordered for the group.

The Wedding

The wedding is formal with a fantasy twist, feel free to bring some creativity to the event and party like you're in one of the couple's favorite fantasy worlds. (*Elf ears anyone?) Have fun with it!

This is all happening at the Oxford Exchange venue. Parking will be in the back parking lot and the entrance to the event will be in the back through the bookstore off of Grand Central Avenue. *IMPORTANT NOTE* If you plan on coming to the after party, cars cannot be left at Oxford exchange parking, so it may be best to uber. A shuttle will take you to the Castle/Hotel Haya in ybor after the wedding. RSVP EXPECTED BY JULY 1ST.

After Party @ The Castle

Bring the fantasy-themed event to another 18+yo location, The Castle, a Gothic club in ybor. UBER from the wedding to HOTEL HAYA, change at the hotel in night-gothic theme, and walk to couple's favorite going-out spot: The Castle.

WE WILL BE UBERING TO HOTEL HAYA AT 12:15AM. WE WILL CHANGE AT THE HOTEL AND MEET IN THE LOBBY AT 12:45AM TO HEAD TO THE CASTLE. *IMPORTANT NOTE* If you are going ot this event, you cannot keep your car at Oxford Exchange, so it may be best to uber to the wedding and/or stay at Hotel Haya in ybor.
