We're getting married!

We were on our first trip to London together in November 2023. Jake was so excited to go to an Arsenal soccer match (his favorite team) and I couldn’t wait to have afternoon tea and see all of the Christmas decorations! Leading up to the trip, all of my coworkers and friends were making bets on if I would get engaged. I kept denying the claim and truly didn’t think it was going to happen. Our vacation started in the best way possible. We had the perfect day from experiencing Arsenal win their match at Emirates Stadium. We found the coolest bar that played 90’s music all night long and explored a Christmas market. On the way back to our hotel, Jake insisted we walk by Big Ben. As soon as we crossed the bridge, I turned around to see him down on one knee. We spent the rest of our trip on cloud nine, exploring new things and making a stop by Big Ben almost everyday!
