We are keeping track of what tier Alameda County (Sunol) is in and monitoring the stats. We are hopeful that by the time our wedding is here, we can have a normal celebration as much as possible. Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided to all guests and we will continue to practice social distancing. All guests are required to wear masks, yes even when dancing, except when eating or drinking. We kindly ask that if on the days leading to our wedding if you feel unwell or experience any COVID-19 symptoms, that you take the responsible steps and stay home!! If you are not comfortable attending or can't make it to our wedding, go to the RSVP page and select "Will not attend." We will completely understand and can celebrate another time together!
RSVPs are due by Thursday, August 26th. If you do not RSVP, we will consider you as not attending our wedding.
We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30 pm. Note there is an ACE Train that passes the venue at 5:25 pm, so please don't be startled if you hear a rumble!
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors. It will be a warm evening, so there will be beverages available outside.
It will be a beautiful summer evening in the Bay! Formal Summer Wedding Attire - Men: Suits (Ties optional) - Women: Formal Summer Dress
Your presence is all we need on our special day, but we graciously accept if you would like to contribute to our Honeymoon box.
As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, our guest list is limited with the pandemic still in the back of our minds.
Please park at our guest parking held at either: - The Niles Train Station parking lot (across the venue) or - The Sunol Glen School parking lot (11601 Main St, Sunol, CA 94586), this is more for any overflow parking and has a 3-minute walk to and from the venue.
Don't forget our wedding is on a Thursday, so please plan accordingly. We appreciate you taking time off for our special day and are happy to hear guests are turning it into a 4-day weekend! 680 at rush hour is very congested and there aren't any side streets to get to our venue to avoid it.
