Can I book from an outside source (ie. booking.com, hotwire.com, cheapcaribbean.com) or through a travel agency/agent ?

NO YOU CAN NOT. you may ONLY book through hardrock's OFFICIAL website. booking through an outside website will INCUR 100.00 FEE for Dominic and I. if reservations still booked through an outside source we will send an INVOICE. RSVPing means agreeing to these terms

Do I have to pay the room upfront ?

Answer

No, a 200 deposit is required upon booking to secure room. You have up until 60 days to the wedding to finalize payment. Final payment is automatically charged at the 60-day mark as well.

The wedding will be held on June 20th, 2026. It will take place in Los Cabo, Mexico at the Hard Rock All Inclusive Resort

Attire: Formal Beach Elegance. Please wear formal attire in neutral tones to complement our beachside celebration. Ladies: Flowing gowns or midi dresses in beige, champagne, ivory, taupe, or soft pastels with dressy sandals or heels. Gentlemen: Lightweight suits or dress pants with a button-down in tan, cream, soft gray, or white with dress shoes. No black, shorts, or beachwear.

Can I be late for any event ?

Answer

NO, lateness is not permitted for any group event ie; rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception. Doing so will incur a 40.00 FEE for Dominic and I. We will send invoices to those late, RSVPING is agreeing to these terms

Cocktail hour with an open bar and small bites. After that the reception will start
