What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code for Friday's welcome party is dressy casual - think casual garden party attire as this event takes place at an outdoor restaurant terrace. Dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is cocktail. The majority of the terrain including the dance area is artificial turf. Both Friday and Saturday will be fully outdoors - it will be quite warm until sundown (~80) and shouldn't get below ~60 in the evening, but plan accordingly if you wish to bring a layer.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm, so please arrive around 4:45pm to be seated so that we can start on time.

What is the afterparty?

Answer

The afterparty is completely optional, and will be moved to a smaller indoor space at the same venue starting at 10pm. Pizza and drinks will be served and afterparty will go until midnight for those who wish to stay.

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is about 15 minutes by car from the Toll House Hotel and the general Los Gatos area. Cell service at the venue is limited, but there is free wifi you may connect to in order to schedule a rideshare home from the reception at the end of the night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking, and guests may leave cars overnight and retrieve them the next morning by 9am (please don't drink and drive!). There will likely be another wedding going on the same night at another location on the property, so please be sure to navigate towards "Longbridge" from the parking lot. There should be parking attendants to help direct you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You can enter any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP and we'll make sure to accommodate, or feel free to reach out to the couple directly. The meal will be buffet style with several options for entrees and sides.

Is there food at Friday's Welcome Drinks?

Answer

This event is primarily drinks, but there may be a couple small hors d'oeuvres. Please have dinner beforehand - there are lots of great options for restaurants in downtown Los Gatos close by the welcome party venue!
