What is the dress code?

Answer

Beach wedding attire! For women, floor length or midi dresses in summer colors are perfect for a beach wedding. Please avoid cream, white, & black. Opt for breathable fabrics to stay comfortable in the sun. For shoes, since stilettos are a hazard on the sand, we recommend chunky heels or wedge sandals. Gentlemen please wear a button-down nice beach shirt (think Tommy Bahama style) and kindly avoid black. Choose breathable fabrics such as linen or khaki pants. Please note that shorts are not permitted.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved rooms at The Hard Rock Los Cabos where all of our events will be taking place. You can book with our special rate using the link on the “Travel” page. We kindly ask that you book your room by June 1, 2026, so that we can finalize our guest count with the property.

Will transportation to and from the resort be provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation between the airport and the resort is complimentary for all guests who book through the room block link. Once you’ve booked your flights, please email Diana at dzavala@hrhloscabos.com and let her know that you are part of Erica & Bradley Dawson’s wedding group. She will arrange your transportation to and from the resort. What airport should I fly into?

Answer

All guests should fly into Cabo San Lucas International Airport (SJD), which is the closest airport to our wedding venue.

What day should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving a day or two before to enjoy the resort and join us for the welcome dinner on Saturday, October 3.

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP and reserve your accommodation by April 9, 2026. To respond, simply visit the "RSVP" page on our wedding website and complete the online form. We can't wait to share this special day with you!

What’s the weather like this time of year?

Answer

October is considered one of the best times to visit Cabo due to warm temperatures and sunny days. You can expect temperatures to be in the mid 80s°F during the day and mid 70s°F in the evening.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We will definitely miss you on our special day!! If you cannot attend our wedding, kindly RSVP “will not attend” so that we can plan accordingly. Additionally, we know things come up all the time, if you have rsvp’d “attending” and for any reason your plans change please try to inform us as well!
