Please visit the "Hotel Accommodations" tab on our website to book a room at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel using our hotel room block discount.
A shuttle will be available at the END of the reception ONLY. There will be no shuttle prior to the ceremony, however the venue is only a short walk or Uber/Lyft ride from the hotel. There is also a parking garage directly across the street from the venue. You are asked to arrive at the venue by 4:45pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. For those utilizing the shuttle at the end of the reception, please wait at the entrance of the venue by 11:00pm to be picked up and brought back to the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.
An after party will take place at the hotel bar, located in the Loews Philadelphia Hotel lobby. All guests are welcome even if you are not staying at the hotel for the night.
