Daniel and Victoria first met in college at Louisiana State University in 2017. Daniel and his roommates were throwing an apartment warming party on the night they moved in. One of his roommates was dating a girl who happened to be roommates with Victoria in the same apartment complex, and they were both invited to the party. Once everyone arrived, Daniel came down the stairs from his room to join the party and immediately caught Victoria's attention. Ironically, even though Victoria is the extrovert, Daniel was the one that approached her and left her speechless... which rarely happens. The rest was history. They dated for 5 years throughout the rest of college. In October of 2022, after dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse, Daniel took Victoria to his parents' house. With close family and friends present, Daniel got down on one knee and popped the question! With nerves and excitement running high, neither of them remembers exactly what was said, except that she said YES!
