When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP on our website (RSVP tab) by August 16, 2022.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have been granted a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm so please plan to arrive no later than 2:45pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of hotel rooms at The Simsbury Inn. Please visit the hotel and travel tab on our website for booking information. Please contact Janice Lewis (203.232.4843) with any questions.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please make sure to note it on your RSVP and we will send it to the caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at both St. John the Evangelist and The Riverview.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

A shuttle bus will run from The Simsbury Inn to The Riverview and back at the end of the night. Shuttle service begins at 5:45pm going to the reception, and will start at 9:30pm to go back to the hotel.
