Dominic, better known as Hoss, and Brittnie grew up in the same town. Even though they attended the same school, they ran in different circles and never had the chance to become friends. After high school, they both moved away to start their adult lives — only to eventually decide to plant roots back in Mt. Belvieu, TX. Unbeknownst to Brittnie, Hoss had always thought she was beautiful and smart. One night at the Whiskey Barn, he finally saw his opportunity to get to know her. He struck up a conversation by asking her about a story she had posted from a Kolby Cooper concert, and then casually mentioned that his cousin had married Kolby’s tour manager. He joked that the next time Kolby Cooper was in town, they should go together. Fast forward a couple of months — Brittnie took Hoss up on his offer and they went to their first Kolby Cooper concert together. They had the best time and continued to hang out often after that. For the longest time, neither one of them knew if this was just a friendship… or something more. They finally admitted their feelings, marking the beginning of their beautiful relationship. Since then, Brittnie and Hoss have traveled the world together, watched sunsets on the pier, spent quality time with friends and family, and spoiled their dog, Ollie. On November 8, 2025, Hoss proposed to Brittnie on the pier at sunset — the perfect start to the next chapter of their lives.
