The Walter Anderson Museum of Art is a small museum devoted to the art of Walter Inglis Anderson, a contemporary American artist who lived on the Gulf Coast for the majority of his life. The museum is located in Downtown Ocean Springs.
The aquarium opened in 2020 and is really nice! The 5.8-acre complex incorporates both indoor and outdoor habitats with more than 200 species of animals and 50 species of native plants.

The Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1975 to safeguard the endangered Mississippi sandhill crane and its unique disappearing wet pine savanna habitat. The refuge consists of more than 19,000 acres in four units and is now part of the Gulf Coast National Wildlife Refuge Complex.
