When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVP cards back to us by March 15th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal / Cocktail Attire. Suit and tie, cocktail or floor length dress. Classy & Comfortable. No Jeans or Sneakers please.

I am from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Holiday Inn & Express & the Microtel Inn & Suites - all located within 5 minutes of the venue. Just mention you are part of the Hoover/Damato wedding for the discounted rate. Please see TRAVEL page for more details.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided to the ceremony and after the reception to the hotels.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We do ask that you wait until after the ceremony to take out phones or cameras. Please tag your photos #AmandagotCoriedaway and/or send them to us directly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking on site, as well as a valet. There will also be a shuttle service to/from the hotels if you would prefer not to drive.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation and RSVP accordingly. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invite.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We adore your children but have limited space (and intend to party!) Please make it a date night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to us so that we are aware and are able to make accommodations with our caterer.
