What should I wear? Do you have a color palette?

Answer

Our wedding accent colors are dusty blue with pops of light yellow for some fun Spring vibes. We would love it if you color coordinated with us, but don't feel like you have to wear blue or yellow. Spring colors and floral prints are encouraged, but really we just want you to come dressed in what makes you feel your best!

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Our welcome party on Friday, 4/4 will be hosted at ZACH Theatre. There is ample parking at ZACH available for $12 per vehicle. Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Umlauf Sculpture Garden on Saturday, 4/5. There is a very limited amount of paid parking available at the garden. We highly recommend taking a rideshare, such as Uber or Lyft, on Saturday. You can find more information on road closures here: https://abckitefest.org/get-here/ If you plan to drink at any or all of our events (we hope you enjoy yourself!) please consider taking a rideshare. Don't drink and drive. We don't need anyone putting a damper on our night with an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided. 😘

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive as early as 5:00pm. The ceremony will being at 5:30pm sharp. If you arrive after 5:30pm, you will be politely asked to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony is done. Due to the Austin Kite Festival happening in Zilker Park, there will be some road closures around our venue. Please allow for ample time to get to the wedding venue

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your families, we would prefer that is an adults only occasion. Unless one of us specifically told you that you may bring your children, please leave the kiddos at home and enjoy a night out with us.
