Due to a strict guest count at our venue, we are not able to accommodate those not listed on your invitation. — If your child(ren) are not listed, please make prior arrangements for them and enjoy a date night with us!
Yes! We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us! — Our dress code is formal/black tie optional with a touch of western. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor wedding, but it will cool off into the evening. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length, or midi length dresses. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, or tuxedo. Please refrain from wearing white, denim, shorts, or short sleeve shirts. The western portion of the dress code is not required! Just a suggestion for those who want to participate. Ladies, there will be a boot & jacket check in prior to the ceremony so you can switch out of your heels for the dancing! You are welcome to drive, uber or shuttle (if you signed up) to the venue. (Shuttle information will be available soon.) For those driving themselves, there will be parking attendants to assist with a smooth parking experience. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if you do not feel comfortable driving home, but you must retrieve the vehicle by 10am the next morning. For those taking Uber, please order your uber by 3:15pm at the latest to ensure you arrive on time. There are limited Uber drivers in the area so it may take some time for one to be assigned to you. For those signed up for the shuttle, you will be picked up at the Residence Inn off of Skyway. The time is TBD.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend that guests arrive between 4:00 - 4:15pm so you have ample time to make your way down to the ceremony site and find your seat. There is about a 2-3 minute walk from the front of the venue down to the site. For those requiring assistance, there will be a golf cart to bring you down there safely. If you happen to be late, please refrain from walking down the center aisle. A staff member will guide you in the proper direction!

We have coordinated a shuttle service if guests would like to sign up. This is due to the nature of the drive to the venue and the limited Uber drivers in the area. — You are not required to sign up for the shuttle!
