Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Deerfield Estates in Waco, Texas! The ceremony will be held in the chapel, followed by the reception held in the ballroom.
We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best western semi-formal attire. Boots and cowboy hats welcome! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - white, ivories, or cream.

While we love your little ones, we’re only able to invite children who are part of the immediate wedding party. If your children are included, their names will appear on your invitation. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly and have a ride home arranged if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to get home safe!
Our venue offers guests the option to reserve a cabin for the night of our wedding! There are two cabin options available: one that accommodates up to 4 guests for $150, and another that accommodates up to 6 guests for $200. To reserve a cabin, please contact the venue directly.
Our reception will conclude at 10:00 PM as our vendors will be leaving at that time. The celebration will continue afterward at Melody Ranch in Waco, TX — come join us to keep the party going!
