We’re saying I do!

If you cannot make it to the wedding this summer, we have been in contact with those that will be in attendance, then we would love to see you this winter! We will be planning receptions in both Washington and Indiana for those of our family and friends that would like to celebrate with us. Stay tuned for more information regarding dates, times, and locations. We cannot wait to share our excitement with everyone and meet the rest of our family!

About a month before COVID struck, on a late Saturday evening we both ended up at a concert in downtown Waikiki with friends. Kyle says that he saw me from across the room and thought that I was beautiful and wanted to ask me to dance. Eventually he made his way over and did. I had not seen him until he was right in front of me, there was a large crowd and I was really into the concert. As soon as I saw him I thought he was so handsome. When he asked me to dance I was extremely flattered and said yes of course. We ended up dancing and talking the entire night. When the concert was over we exchanged information and went our separate ways for the night. I was so excited to have met him in such an unexpected way. When I got a message from him the next day I couldn't believe it. We've been inseparable ever since (other than the months of training and a deployment). I am so thankful that one simple question has now led us to where we are now and the life that we have to look forward to together.
