It all started back in Fairport, where we both grew up and went to school. We’d known of each other since middle school, but our paths didn’t really cross until sophomore year when we found ourselves sitting next to each other in Mr. Banes’ class (yes, Johnny Bad Boy Banes himself). It wasn't our time then, but that didn’t stop us from laughing, joking, and grading each other’s papers (Shane still has some of the papers Morgan graded back then). After graduating high school in 2014, we went off in different directions—Morgan to the University of Alabama and Shane to St. John Fisher. Four amazing college years later, life brought us back together in 2018 at Public House when Morgan spilled a drink on him. The same night Shane casually mentioned he worked at Paychex. Curious, Morgan looked into it… and before long, she was working there too. From then on, things just clicked. We started hanging out, talking, and it all felt like it was meant to be. In July 2022, we finally made it official (long overdue, we know). Shane sealed the deal by proudly admitting he was Goose’s—aka Bella’s—dog dad. That sealed the deal for Morgan, too. Fast forward to 2024, we bought our first home together in Victor, NY, building a life we love, one step at a time. On August 17, 2025, during a family cruise that included both of our families (yes, both!), Shane proposed on his 30th birthday—a plan he had been working up for a while. It was absolutely perfect. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you!
