You can simply RSVP by going to the RSVP tab on our website! You do not need to mail anything in. Please RSVP by August 20, 2024 in order for us to have everything in order. With that being said, kindly let us know if you cannot make it as well.
Please arrive about 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure everyone will be seated and ready for everything to begin.
There is a parking lot in front of the venue! It will accommodate between 100-150 guests.
The ceremony and reception will be held underneath a pergola. The pergola has clear "walls" that can be let down in the event of cold weather. A heater is also available if needed.
Please do not bring a "plus one" unless we are notified beforehand, simply because we need to be prepared for food and seating.
When you RSVP, please let us know how many children will be attending with you. Again, we have to be prepared for food and seating even for the little ones. If you're planning on getting a babysitter, that's fine too. Just let us know :)
Wedding attire/Semi-formal. Wear your Sunday Best :) Men: A suit is acceptable, or a nice pair of jeans and a button up shirt. Women: A dress, a skirt with a blouse, or dress pants are acceptable!
You can bring a gifts, money, gift cards with you to the reception. There will be a table on display for this.
We will have 2-3 photographers, so we ask that you do not take any pictures during the ceremony itself. We simply want you to enjoy being there with us during this time in our life. Afterwards, we encourage you to take pictures during the reception. We will also have QR codes on the tables, so you can upload any pictures you take for us to see!
Any color is acceptable, but if you don't want to "stand out", our wedding colors are pretty neutral! Please refrain from wearing white. Ex: Champagne, Black, Hunter Green, Tan/Beige
Food will be provided at the reception, shortly following the ceremony. Charcuterie trays will be provided between the two. The meal will consist of one meat, three sides, bread, and a beverage. Please let us know if you have any allergies we need to be aware of.
There will not be any alcohol served at the reception.
We are asking everyone, who is able, to write down a recipe on a notecard and bring it with you! We're looking forward to trying new recipes over the next year or so. We will also have a glass jar for any thoughts, advice, or words of wisdom you'd like to tell us. This will be located on the gifts table.
