FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nicole Hill and Broc Crandall
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than Monday, August 3rd, 2026, using the QR code on your formal invitation. If you do not RSVP in time, we will sadly assume you are unable to attend and will miss you!

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We would love our friends & family to dress up with us! The attire is semi formal. The ceremony will be outside and the reception inside. Ladies, for the ceremony, the ground will be uneven. Please keep that in mind when picking your choice of shoe. Please avoid wearing the colors white and eucalyptus.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding will start promptly at 4:00pm. To get to the top of the hill, guests will be taking the chair lift. Chairlift transportation will start approximately at 3pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the chairlift and find a seat at the top.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Where Can I Stay?

Answer

If you are wanting to stay the night, Crystal Mountain has a variety of lodging options. At a two night minimum requirement, you can book a hotel room, condo, or lodge depending on how big of an area you are seeking. Please review our “Travel” tab for more information. There are also many Airbnbs off site that can accommodate your party.

Question

Will a shuttle be provided?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle on the resort that will transport you throughout the property. This shuttle does not go off Crystal Mountain property. To order a shuttle, a member of your party will have to call to make arrangements. However, most sleeping accommodations are within walking distance from the venue.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, unless your invitation states otherwise. We would love all our moms and dads to enjoy a night out!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share it with you! After the ceremony, feel free to capture the night!
