When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Church 20 minutes before start time so that there are no interruptions when finding your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Appropriately dressed for the ceremony. Shooting for cowboy chic! Whatever is comfortable.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were not prompted to add a plus one when you RSVP'd, then no dates please as we have dinner ordered already.

Are kids welcome?

YES DUH!!!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you do not want to or cannot book a room at the hotel we blocked, then you can GPS some other options, but we suggest staying around Southlands or Bennett, CO to be close to the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are not taking any special requests, but we have picked food options carefully and there will be people from our food vendor serving to help you with any questions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking. But please note, there will be no Ubers or Lyfts available for a ride home after the reception. You are welcome to leave your car in the lot and take one of our scheduled shuttles.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, you will be able to get an Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception. But neither will be available to drive out to the country towards the end of the night. Please plan accordingly.
