A hotel block will be reserved at the Hampton Inn Windsor (link below). There are also many accommodation options available nearby.

Shuttle service will be provided on the wedding day to and from the venue and Hampton Inn Windsor. If you stay outside our hotel block, we recommend using a ride-share service to reach the venue or meeting the shuttle. We strongly encourage guests to take the shuttle, especially after the reception, as the venue is in a remote location and we’ll be celebrating with an open bar. Free parking is available at the venue, and overnight parking is permitted.

The nearest airports are Santa Rosa (STS) (4 miles from the hotel), Oakland (OAK) (77 miles), and San Francisco (SFO) (80 miles). If flying into OAK or SFO, please plan to rent a car, as transportation options to wine country are limited. Uber costs about $200 one way, and public transit can take up to 3 hours.
