What is the wedding date, time, and location?

The wedding will take place on July 3rd, 2026, at 4:00 pm. The ceremony and reception will be held at Cedar Creek Hotel and Event Center 1401 Olive Road New Haven, MO 63068.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Our RSVP window is now closed, and we’ve finalized our guest count with our venue and vendors. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and all the love and support as we celebrate this special moment.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding's dress code is cocktail attire. Guests are kindly requested to dress suitably and comfortably for the event. We ask that guests refrain from casual clothing, such as jeans and t-shirts. Additionally, please do not wear white, sage green, or hunter green.

Can I bring a plus one or children to the wedding?

Answer

This will be stated on your invitations. Please contact us if you are needing to make accommodations.Plus ones will be due the same day as the RSVP deadline.

Are there any accommodations available nearby?

Answer

Yes, our venue has lodging on-site! We have arranged for a block of rooms at Cedar Creek Hotel and Event Center. Please contact guest services to book under our block.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can ensure that your needs are accommodated.

What is the timeline of events for the wedding day?

Answer

All events will take place on the Cedar Creek property, so once you arrive, you won’t need to leave! 4:00 PM – Ceremony Our lakeside ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Shuttles will be available to pick up guests and transport you down to the lake. 5:00–6:00 PM – Cocktail Hour Join us in Western Town for drinks, light bites, and mingling. 6:00–10:00 PM – Reception The celebration continues in the Event Barn with dinner, dancing, and more! 10:00 PM–12:00 AM – After Party Keep the party going with us at Town Hall! An open bar will be available during cocktail hour, the reception, and the after party. Please celebrate responsibly.

Will there be a gift registry?

Answer

In lieu of a traditional gift registry, we are doing a fund for our honeymoon. You can donate to this on our website or via a QR code that will be posted at our reception.

Is it okay to take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests do not take photos during the ceremony, as we have hired a professional photographer for this. However, feel free to capture memories during the reception!

What time should guests arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and any last-minute adjustments. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, we respectfully ask that you wait to join us until it has concluded so there are no distractions.
