What time should I arrive at the Wedding?

Answer

Your invitation should indicate what time you should arrive. We chose to have an intimate ceremony with just our family but we cannot wait to celebrate with EVERYONE at the reception! Please email thecoxwedding10112025@gmail.com if you have any questions!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle, provided by the venue, to and from the hotel. It's a party bus! Shuttle for Ceremony from the hotel: 3:30pm 3:50pm 4:05pm Shuttle for Reception from the hotel: 4:45pm 5:00pm 5:10pm The return shuttles will begin running from the venue back to the hotel starting at 9:30pm and will run every 30 min after that until the party is over!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal Attire: We look forward to seeing lots of fall, fun color dresses and suits, please leave the jeans at home! We most look forward to celebrating with all of you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify us if you have a serious/deadly food allergy and we will coordinate with the venue to accomodate. Food will be heavy hors d'oeuvres and appetizer stations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so fortunate to have many loved ones to celebrate with. Because of that only those listed on the invitations may attend.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have the back room of West Middlesex Diner for breakfast Sunday morning, 10/12/2025, from 9am -11am. Please feel free to stop by and grab breakfast on your way home! 3462 Sharon Rd, West Middlesex, PA

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

All Wedding Day events are at the same location and there is a large parking lot. There will also be a shuttle to and from the hotel and venue. The recommended hotel is about 10 minutes away!

Kids will be listed on the invitations if they are invited!
