When Should You Arrive in Colorado

Answer

We highly recommend that guests arrive in Colorado on Thursday night or Friday morning. Altitude sickness is no joke—our venue sits about 7,300 feet above sea level. Giving your body time to adjust can help prevent sickness. In addition, we suggest drinking plenty of water and avoiding excessive alcohol consumption. Alcoholic beverages feel much stronger at higher altitudes, so please drink responsibly and in smaller amounts than you might at sea level.

Dress Code

Answer

We have opted for cocktail attire. The bridal party will be in black, so please refrain from wearing an all-black dress. We ask that you wear field-appropriate shoes. Our ceremony will take place in a ranch field, so please avoid heels unless you’re completely confident walking on grass. We want you to be comfortable and able to dance the night away, so please choose shoes that allow you to do so.
