Please kindly RSVP on this website by May 10th, 2026. We will be unable to accommodate for any guests that miss the RSVP deadline due to vendor requests and venue requirements.
If you are not staying on the property, guests will be prompted to utilize our shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. There will be no parking available to guests staying off property. SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Pick up / Drop off location: Bolado Park 9000 Airline Hwy, Tres Pinos, CA 95075 Pick up times from Bolado Park to RQS: 2 pm, 2:30 pm, 3 pm, and 3:30 pm Drop off times from RQS to Bolado Park: 8:30 pm, 9 pm, 9:30 pm, 10 pm, 10:30 pm, 11 pm, and 12 am Guests are welcome to leave their cars at Bolado park over night. All cars left overnight must be pickup on Sunday by noon.
The last shuttle will depart from Bolado Park at 3:30 pm. If you miss the final shuttle, then you will unfortunately not be able to join us for the wedding.
This will be an adults only celebration.
Due to planning accommodations, we are only including those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We encourage all guests to wear formal attire to the wedding ceremony and reception. Formal dress code for women includes floor length, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men, slacks and button downs or suits. Please, no jeans.
Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour following that will also be outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.
We have added some things to a registry linked through this website! However, with many people traveling and contributing to our day, we want to stress that a gift is not expected.
