We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies can wear floor length gowns or cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or a sports coat. Please, no jeans or casual clothes!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP card where it states how many seats have been reserved in your honor. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
RSVP cards returned by mail is preferred. If you chose to RSVP online, please type your parties name exactly how it is addressed on the envelope that you received your wedding invitation in. This will RSVP for your entire party (for example, Julie and Scott Cooper will RSVP for both Julie Cooper and Scott Cooper). If one person in your party can not attend, and the other can, please mail us the RSVP card back noting that, or text one of us to let us know your specific plans. Please RSVP by August 31.
Yes. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating & reception meals. In order for us to be able to accommodate a meal for you, you must RSVP prior to the deadline of August 31.
The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, on concrete. The reception will take place indoors.
Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
No, you can not. Due to venue policy and regulations, any outside alcohol is prohibited on the premise. We will be supplying plenty of beverages for everyone!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" meaning no phones or cameras. The greatest gift that you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
The wedding ceremony will promptly start at 4:30 in the afternoon. We recommend getting to the venue as much as 30 minutes in advance to ensure a smooth timeline.
Yes! Under the travel tab you will find the details for accommodations.
