Our attire will be island semi-formal. We ask that you wear dresses or collared shirts with pants. Please no jeans, shorts, or Hawaiian shirts. Suit jackets are not required.
Yes, Coconut Bay is an all-inclusive resort. When you book your room, that will include all food, drinks, amenities, & multiple daily activities. There are several free amenities including five pools, seven bars, a lazy river, a gym, & daily activities/parties. The paid amenities include the spa, off-resort excursions, motorized/non-motorized water activities, & more. You can find more details on their website.
Everyone is able to book their rooms as soon as you are ready. We do not recommend waiting too long as space is limited. You can book your rooms online at cbayresort.com. You also can call their reservation line at 877-252-0304. There is no room block. You may also book through a travel agent, airline vacation package, Costco travel, etc if you wish.
Yes! Upon booking, you will be offered a few options for payment including in full, putting a deposit of 1 night down, entering a custom deposit amount, or paying monthly.
There are 2 sides of Coconut Bay, both connected by the lobby and only a few minute walk from each other. The Harmony side is adult rooms only, an adults only pool, & bar. The Splash side is family rooms, but anyone can stay here. All restaurants & resort-wide activities are located on the Splash side for anyone to attend.
Please fly into Hewanorra International Airport (UVF). Yes, there is a free shuttle from UVF to Coconut Bay and back. (Bonus: the ride is less than 5 minutes!)
Yes, all travelers will need a valid passport. Please make sure you have a passport with an expiration date at LEAST 6 months after your return date home. Visas are NOT required, but you will need to fill out a quick immigration form within 3 days of your arrival to the island. The immigration form is currently free.
This is completely up to you! We want this to be a vacation for all of our loved ones, so please enjoy as much as you can. You can arrive early to spend the week or you can stay later. We recommend arriving by Thursday, April 15th.

Saint Lucia's official language is English. They also accept US dollars. We do recommend bringing cash for tips, souvenirs, etc.
