Kayt and Kerby met the old fashioned way without dating apps at a friend's engagement party back in 2021. Kayt was actually casually seeing someone at the time, but she and Kerby would hang out regularly with mutual friends. As the story goes, it didn't work out with Kayt and the other fellow, and Kerby was ready to sweep her off her feet. Their first date was full of laughs, asking the right questions, and was "the best first date ever" according to Kayt. The chemistry was there instantly, and the rest is history.
