Where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will be held at Europa Village at their newly established Vienza property. Europa is unique in that it has 3 small wineries on property. Vienza is located directly in the middle of the property. Address: 41150 Via Europa Temecula, CA 92591

What time is the wedding?
Answer
You may begin to find your seat for our ceremony inside the Vienza Wine Cave beginning at 4:30 PM. We will be offering welcome drinks inside the cave as well to enjoy during our ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM. Due to the ceremony being inside a wine cave, guests will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony has begun. After the ceremony a hosted cocktail hour will begin upstairs on the shaded Terraza. The reception will begin at 6:30 PM and conclude at 10 PM.

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love our family and friends dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal or black-tie optional. Our color pallet is neutral and you are encouraged to wear black and neutrals to help set the tone of the wedding and match our wedding party. Please, no white or ivory dresses.

Where can I park?
Answer
There is designated parking for the Vienza winery. As soon as you turn up the driveway to Europa, you will make a right and parking will be on your left hand side. On day of, signage will also be displayed to help you navigate to the venue. You may leave your car overnight if needed. We also encourage our guests to use Uber/Lyft.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The Ceremony will be held in the Vienza Wine Cave and the Reception will be held directly outside of the cave on the Vienza Piazza.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding to an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We will send formal invitations out in the beginning of the year and request your RSVP by no later than May 10th, 2024, so we can inform our venue of the final headcount.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Absolutely! The drinks are on us and we are excited to celebrate with you. If you would like a pre-ceremony cocktail, we recommend visiting the Vienza wine room.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Although your presence on our special day is more than enough, we have put together a registry with Crate & Barrel that is accessible through our Registry tab. However, our preferred gift is contribution to our Honeymoon fund, and above all else, your being there on our special day.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! Please visit our Travel tab for more information on our recommended hotel. We do not have a formal room block with this hotel and there are plenty of beautiful options with AIRBNB or nearby hotels that you may choose to book with.

Will there be more time to celebrate after the reception ends?
Answer
Yes, of course! Once the reception ends, we will be heading to country line-dancing bar and club, Stampede, in Old Town Temecula located at 28721 Old Town Front Street, Temecula, CA 92590. Please reach out to Ryan prior to the wedding day so we can provide the club's management an estimated headcount. They have secured our entrance with a $10 entry fee per person.
