Will transportation be available?
Answer
We will have transportation to and from Best Western and Eseeola Lodge on Friday and Saturday evenings. Busses will run continuously throughout the night to return guests to their hotels.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Both events will take place outside at Grandfather Golf & Country Club in Linville, NC.

Are children invited to the wedding reception?

We're having an adults-only wedding reception.

Answer
Black-Tie Optional Our ceremony and reception will be held in a grassy area. Please plan accordingly for your shoes. Additionally, we recommend bringing a wrap in case temperatures drop in the evening.

Do you have a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes! We have a room block at the Best Western in Banner Elk. We don't have a room block at The Pineola, but we also recommend this accommodation.

When should I book accommodations?
Answer
We recommend booking accommodations at Best Western or at The Pineola ASAP. Home rentals within Grandfather Golf & Country Club will be available starting January 2024. Please see our "Accommodations" tab for more information.
