What is the dress code?

We invite guests to dress in elevated garden party attire inspired by a moody European evening- candlelight, old-world romance, and timeless elegance. Formalwear encouraged in rich, muted, or earthy tones with soft textures and classic silhouettes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm in The Arbor. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know upon your RSVP for you and your plus one.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For Hotel Chalet guest, there will be a $20 parking fee per night. I would suggest parking in the CARTA South Parking Garage adjacent to the venue for a designated fee per hour.
