I remember being so nervous for this date. When Carter arrived at the Sorority house I asked my bridesmaid Morgan for a hug. Carter was different than other guys, he walked up to the door of the sorority house at the beginning and end of the night, opened my door, and we had great chemistry from start to finish. Plus he ate raw fish, spam and rice, I was instantly hooked. - Erin I thought it was expected to walk up to a door. When I got there, I had to wait for 5 minutes while her sorority sisters gave me suspicious looks as they were coming and going from the house. On Carter and Erin's first date she mentioned that seeing the Aurora Borealis was on the top of her bucket list. Two years later he tried to make that dream a reality. His plan was to take Erin to Canada and propose to her under the Northern lights. Forest fires made that plan impossible, but it didn't stop Carter from popping the question in Jasper, Canada. On Erin's 24th birthday he asked her to be his forever, and she said yes!
