If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
While we would love to host a welcome party for our guests we will be having an intimate rehearsal dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the rehearsal dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion.
Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal black tie, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits. Our wedding colour palette consists of natural hues such as cream, soft rose, taupe, and olive green. Please note the ceremony will be fully outdoors, weather permitting. While the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings - including a terrace and a lawn during the cocktail hour. Ladies who are concerned about heels sinking in grass may choose to wear a block heel, though there will be ample paved space throughout the cocktail hour, and the reception will be fully hardscaped.
Yes! There is complementary parking at our venue. Please disregard the Impark payment stations. You are welcome to leave your vehicle until 8 AM the following morning.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find complementary parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM so plan to arrive by 5 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed.
Yes! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking.
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down three course dinner prepared by Michelin-star chef Richard Singh. You are able to select your choice of entrée when you RSVP.
When you RSVP, there is an option to make a note of any allergies or strict dietary requirements you may have. We will kindly pass this information on to our chef and his team.
If you would like to change your choice of entrée, feel free to either reach out directly to Laura or go through the RSVP process again and you'll be able to re-select your entrée option. Entrée options will be locked on June 1st, once RSVPs are due so please be sure to update prior to that date.
Toronto has an abundance of hotels and Airbnb’s to choose from! We recommend staying downtown or staying on the outskirts of town and using Uber, Lyft, or the TTC to travel back and forth from your hotel to the ceremony and reception. We have recommended a few nearby hotels under the Travel tab.
A mix of both! We will be having the ceremony and the cocktail hour outdoors, weather permitting. The three course dinner will be held outdoors on the terrace, under a canopy. The dance, late night bites, and cake cutting will be indoors.
We will be having an 'unplugged' ceremony, so please keep your phones away for this portion of our special day. Once the ceremony has finished, we would love for you to take as many photos and videos as you wish.
Although not expected, if you would like to give us a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be amazing!
