Kevin and Alyson met in Moscow, Idaho in 2015 as freshmen at the University of Idaho. If it weren't for U of I, the two of us might have never crossed paths since we are from opposite ends of Idaho. The first time we spoke was at Kevin's fraternity, Delta Tau Delta. We hit it off right away, being friends for the remainder of our freshman year. Little did we know when we came back for sophomore year, the excitement to see each other was still there. We ended up going to formals, football games, parties, and on dates together. The more time we spent together, the love was unavoidable. We were soon inseparable and have been together ever since. We both knew we had found our best friends in each other. Out of all the adventures since then, marriage will be the best journey yet!

In March of 2023, we took a trip to Cancun for Kevin's last spring break trip. He was about to finish grad school at BSU, and we wanted to end with a bang! Little did Alyson know, he was planning to propose. The beginning of the trip was like any other, until Kevin planned a beach photoshoot for us with the resort's photographer. During the photoshoot, he got down on one knee and asked Aly to marry him. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to have gotten that moment on camera in such a beautiful place to cherish forever. We had an unforgettable time celebrating the engagement on the remainder of the trip, and will always hold Cancun as a special place in our hearts. We couldn't have been more excited to spend the rest of our lives together.
