Welcome Drinks

6:15 pm - 11:00 pm

We'd love for you to join us at 6.15pm at Buddha Bar for welcome drinks and a little pre-wedding party! The bar has beautiful views of the Santorini Caldera, and is a short 20 minute taxi ride from Santorini Gem (hotel). We will provide an open bar for an hour on arrival, after this, you can purchase drinks yourself at the bar. There will also be some canapés and finger food at 7.30pm. If you are a big eater, we would recommend eating a main meal before you arrive. PS. Sunset is at 6.43pm hence the early start time - you don’t want to miss golden hour on the beautiful Caldera of Santorini!

Pre Wedding Dinner

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We will book a table at a restaurant for all of our wedding guests the night before the wedding. We will choose a restaurant with a reasonably priced menu, and would love everyone to come, but if you have other plans or budget doesn't allow, please let us know!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Dress code: Dresses, long trousers and shirts, suits and ties optional. No shorts or flip flops please.

We kindly request our guests to arrive at the Santorini Gem at 3pm for a 3.30pm ceremony. A coach to transport our guests will leave the Santorini Kastelli Resort (hotel) at 2.30pm (TBC), and return from Santorini Gem (wedding venue) at 1.30am. The timeline for the day is below: 2.30pm - Coach departs from Santorini Kastelli 3pm - Guest arrival at Santorini Gem 3.30pm - Ceremony 4.30pm - Celebratory drinks & canapés 7pm - Wedding breakfast 9.15pm - Cake cutting and first dance 9.30pm - Party time! 1.30am - Coach departs
