How do I book a cabin or campsite?

Answer

Please call Crestmore manor directly and let them know you are booking with the church wedding group. Availability is limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible. Public booking opens March 26, so please book before then to ensure our group is located close together. We are staying in campsite 228 ! So try to get a spot close by!:) This is the number to book the spots 1-800-234-7275 Please text Lisa your spot number

Plus ones

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be written on your invite and RSVP form. If it does not, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We ask that you respect this as it is a hard decision as it is. We are very limited on space . Thanks for understanding!

Parking

Answer

Parking will be available on-site at Crestmore Manor. There is plenty of guest parking, and signage will help direct you when you arrive. We recommend carpooling if possible to make things easy and smooth for everyone. Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins. The gate entrance will be closed if you do not arrive on time & you will have to wait till after our ceremony to come celebrate. Plan to be on time!

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request this be an adults-only wedding 21+ . Think of it as a date night—relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a pre-party and/or after-party?

Answer

Yes! The camping weekend will double as our pre-wedding hangout and after-party celebration. We want the weekend to feel fun and relaxed with everyone together.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We’d love for you to be present during the ceremony. Please keep phones away until AFTER we say “I do.” Once the party starts — snap away!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. There is absolutely no hard alcohol/liquor allowed at the venue. Please respect this as we signed contract!

Will the gate be open to the campground during the wedding?

Answer

Short answer- no. The gate will only be accessible before the wedding when it is time to arrive, and then open once more after our send off! Thanks.
