What is the Dress Attire?

Answer

We ask that guests wear Semi-Formal or Formal attire. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or shorts. For women, dresses or blouses with dress pants are recommended. For men, dress shirts/collared shirts & khaki pants or dress pants are recommended. *The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. Please plan accordingly.*

The ceremony and the reception are both being held at Scioto Reserve Country Club in Powell, OH. 7383 Scioto Parkway Powell, OH 43065

Is the Wedding a Child-Friendly Event?

Answer

We adore our little loved ones! However, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event so that everyone can enjoy a relaxed and memorable evening. We hope this gives everyone a chance to enjoy a fun night out, while the little ones are enjoying themselves in a more suitable environment for them. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together.

How do we RSVP?

Answer

RSVP will be available directly on our website, once our formal invitations are sent, closer to our wedding date. *Disclaimer: Please do not RSVP unless you are absolutely positive that you can attend. The final guest count has to be as accurate as possible since we will have a plated dinner.

Please RSVP by Monday, June 1st.

What time should guests arrive at the venue?

Answer

Guests should arrive by 5:00. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30.

Is the Ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our plan is to have an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. We will do our best to keep guests informed, but our advice is to plan for an outdoor ceremony.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot right in front of the entrance to the country club. You will see an event sign at the designated entrance.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a plus one for all of our guests. Therefore, we ask that guests do not bring a plus one, unless one is designated on the formal invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Is Transportation offered to and from the venue?

Answer

No. There will be no transportation offered to and from the venue. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the wedding. Uber and Lyft should be available for guests, but at their own expense. With this being said, please act responsibly and drive safely.

Are there Hospitality Accommodations?

Answer

Due to a large majority of our guests living in close proximity to the venue, we regretfully will not have hotels blocked or reserved for guests. If guests are looking to book a hotel for the night, that is their responsibility.
