Forever starts soon!

We’re so grateful for your love and support as we step into this exciting new season of life. After much thought and prayer, we’ve decided to exchange vows in a small, private ceremony in our new hometown of Abingdon, VA on November 2. While our wedding will be simple, we are truly looking forward to celebrating with all of you at upcoming showers and receptions. We can’t wait to share this special time with the people we love most!

Our Story - His and Hers

Hers: I guess I should start by thanking Mary Hannah. Two months before Sidney and I started dating she walked into class, sat down, and looked at him and said "I have you a girl." About the same time, while on a walk at the CPA, she said "Hannah, I found you a man. You know I don't approve of anyone, but I think if anyone is perfect, he would be perfect for you." Long story short, Sid was in... and I was not. About a month later, after relientless persistence, Mary Hannah and I were studying on campus when Sid was conviently invited to join. Truly, I had no idea how much my life was going to change on a random day in Feburary... and it just keeps getting better. Since that day, we've spent a lot of time talking and praying, and somewhere along the way that turned into talking and praying about marriage. From the very first day in that study room, everything has been better with Sid by my side. And I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives side by side - talking, praying, and doing everything together. It’s short, sweet, simple, and absolutely hand written by the Lord. His: Before I met her, I knew of Hannah as Mary Hannah’s roommate. Mary Hannah is in the same cohort as me in PT school, and one day during class she came to me with the idea of dating Hannah. Of course, I thought it was far fetched! I didn’t know Hannah personally, but what I did know was that she was absolutely stunning, and there was no way she’d be up for her roommates delusional idea(so I thought)! So I said absolutely, see if you can work your magic, not really expecting anything to come of it. One thing led to another, Hannah finally got on board and we started talking and hanging out. Hanging out led to deep conversations, praying together, and praising the Lord together. Thanks to Mary Hannah, I got to know who Hannah really is. A selfless, loving, beautiful, God fearing woman who I fell in love with, and still do every day. She is an answered prayer, and I am so thankful we get to spend the rest of our lives together!
