What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm. If you’re staying at one of the hotels in Chattanooga, transportation shuttles will be provided to ensure you arrive on time and comfortably.

What is the dress code?

The celebration will be black tie. We can’t wait to see you dressed to the nines in your gowns and tuxedos!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. We hope you’ll enjoy this special night out with us!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception. Should the weather not cooperate, all festivities will take place indoors.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at the venue. If you’re arriving on the hotel shuttle, no need to worry about parking. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and greeters will be available to welcome you and assist with any mobility needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! An open bar will be available with beer, wine, and signature cocktails. We’ll also have soft drinks, tea, and lemonade throughout the evening.

Will there be provided transportation?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will run from the two designated Chattanooga hotels in our wedding block to the venue and back throughout the evening. Guests staying at other hotels are welcome to use the shuttles departing from these locations.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will conclude at 11:00pm, with the final shuttle departing back to Chattanooga at 11:15pm.
