What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie preferred. For men, tuxedos or dark suits with ties. For women, floor length evening gowns or formal dresses.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond no later than April 5th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be in your seats at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We encourage giving yourself extra time due to Nashville traffic.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue; however, cars cannot be left at the venue overnight. Ubers are very easy to request in Nashville, and we recommend Uber as an alternative to driving.

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, while short, will be outdoors on a paved pavilion. Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at several properties around the city, listed on the travel tab. Please make sure you book before 4/14 and book using the links on the travel tab to ensure you receive the group rate.
